What is the difference between light and dark roast coffee?
This refers to how long the bean has been roasted. Dark roast coffee has been roasted for longer and produces a more bitter flavour. Light roast coffee is roasted for less time so has a less bitter flavour, more acidic.

Yes, we sell a range of commercial coffee machines that work well with all of the beans we supply.
