Shipping Costs
To ensure the freshness of our coffee to your doorstep, we roast all coffee to order on a Tuesday and aim to dispatch 24 hours later after allowing it to rest.
All orders are dispatched using either Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail 48 or 24 Tracked, depending on what is selected at checkout or if your order is over £35 it will automatically be given free delivery via our courier company.
We only currently deliver in the UK, however we welcome enquiries for shipping to Europe and the rest of the world, please contact us at handson@cornishcoffee.co.uk and we will be happy to provide you with a quotation.
Local Collection
If you’re local to our roastery and would like to come and collect your coffee, we’d be happy to see you! Simply ‘click’ local pick up at check out and we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know when it’s ready to be picked up.
Faulty Goods
If goods are returned due to being faulty, so long as they are returned within a reasonable time the remedy afforded to the customer, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), is a refund. Also, where a consumer exercises his cancellation rights the customer will be given a refund within 30 days of their cancellation.
Your Data & Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders. When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address and delivery address. Credit card payments are processed through PayPal so we do not have access to your credit card details. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of the status of your order. With your consent we collect your email address for our newsletter to keep you up-to-date on all the latest products from the shop.
